Return policy.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
1. Digital products
TradeInTune sells access to digital educational content through a subscription. There are no physical goods to ship or return, so this policy covers refunds and cancellations rather than physical returns. It mirrors the refund terms set out in our Terms of Use and sits alongside them.
2. Refund window
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase, as long as you have completed fewer than three drills in that time. This gives you a genuine chance to try the product before you commit to it.
Outside that 7-day window, we do not refund unused time on a subscription. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@tradeintune.com from the address on your account and let us know you would like a refund. If you qualify under the window above, we process it back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings in one click. There is no cancellation fee.
When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing but your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge you again after that. Cancelling on its own is not a refund request. If you also want a refund, see the window in section 2.
5. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly, at the price shown when you subscribed. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email before any price change applies to your account.
6. EU, EEA, and UK withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Where that right applies, it overrides our standard refund window above.
To invoke it, email hello@tradeintune.com. Note that for digital course content the cooling-off right can be lost once you start consuming the content if you gave prior express consent. We will not deny a refund on that basis without first telling you which consent you gave.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law, or any equivalent consumer-protection legislation in your country that cannot be excluded by contract. If a law that applies to you gives you stronger rights than this policy, that law applies.
