Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We don't offer refunds except where required by law, but you can cancel any time.
TradeInTune subscriptions are billed in advance and all sales are final. Because you get immediate, full access to the entire curriculum the moment you subscribe, we don't offer refunds once a subscription has started, and we don't refund unused time. This doesn't affect any refund you're entitled to under a law that applies to you and can't be excluded by contract.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. See our Return Policy and Terms of Use for the full detail.
App Store purchases
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, your purchase is billed by Apple and any refund is issued by Apple, not us — we can't process or override an App Store refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or on your device via Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
